CNS science is on a major rebound.

In the past five years the number of drugs being developed by large drugmakers for brain and nervous system disorders fell 50% to 129, according to NeuroPerspective.

Some of the big drug companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Roche and Novartis are back in the brain labs . New medicines for severe depression, psychosis and schizophrenia could reach the market within the next few years, and treatments for Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and some forms of autism are a real possibility, too.

At Studyops, we have been dedicated to CNS research, seeing the big opportunities in Alzheimer’s, Migraines, pain and depression. As the population gets older and more pissed off, CNS is a major focus.

I’ve planted the Roche Chart, one of the Brain players, but I sure wouldn’t recommend any investment in the shares. In fact, it looks like a dump and run to me.  Stocks have a mind of their own, so its never wise to ride a stock south because the prognosis of business looks good.
