Glaxo weighs the benefits of spinning off ViiV once again.
Everyone knows by now that I say it like it is so here it is: The only reason for the spin off, or at least the only reason that really matters, is to boost up the sucking performance of GSK shares. With flat to negative returns for the last 2 years, the ViiV deal may cheer up GSK holders. However, if the shares are up after the Q2 earnings, I bet the deal will be on hold.
